​Heather Spiek, President and Founder of HR Bliss, is a human resources expert.  She specializes in helping companies build and maintain strong workforces to create forward thinking workplaces.

Heather earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Wayne State University in Detroit. She is also a professional recruiting coach and public speaker.  In her free time, Heather enjoys traveling, acting, and spending time with family and friends.
